The service

Thelvora Surprise allows you to create personalized digital experiences for people you care about. Experiences are hosted for 30 days after purchase.

Payments

All payments are final. Refunds are available if your experience was not published due to a technical error on our side. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

Content guidelines

You are responsible for the content you upload. You may not use this service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. If you upload music, you must have the right to use it. Do not upload copyrighted commercial tracks unless they are properly licensed to you.

Expiration

Shared experience links expire after 30 days. After expiration, hosted content is deleted. Writing templates include image and PDF download so the recipient can keep the letter on their device after the link expires.
